For those who only have the finished product and ingenuity of the product but lack 3D graphics, we can provide forward and reverse engineering services. The finished product is obtained by non-contact scanning to obtain point data, and the 3D shape is constructed, and then processed into a product prototype by RP technology or CNC.

After determining the geometric shape of the product, we use the high-speed CNC vertical center processing machine to engrave and mill the product prototype, so that your product can be processed from computer graphics into a real entity, and the exterior coating [polishing, painting, electroplating, printing or leather covering] allows you to actually observe the product, compare the assembly appearance error and other physical tests.

We use Rapid Prototyping technology to convert your product 3D graphics into STL files. Through the Rapid Prototyping system, the product prototype simulation is divided into layers, and finally the liquid resin laser sintering method is used to sinter and stack layers of shapes.

This technology is not limited by the shape of the workpiece, and can complete shapes that cannot be achieved by cutting tools, so it can be widely used in various types of products.

For small batches of products, we can provide rapid tooling technology to use the prototype parts for silicone materials with vacuum injection molding equipment, and then carry out small batch production. Not only is the product quality no less than that of injection molded parts, but the cost is much lower than steel molds.

It is decided to make an injection molding mold or a stamping molding mold according to the characteristics and materials of the product. No matter what kind of mold, we are able to provide consistent services from design to manufacture, including 2D working drawing design, various traditional processing and CNC wire cutting and electric discharge machining required for making molds.
